Fall League 2019
Minnesota Freeze Volleyball Club presents our second annual Fall Volleyball League! The Freeze Fall League is a series of weekly developmental practices and Saturday competition dates for 4th-8th graders who are looking to gain some more volleyball experience. The players will be separated into teams based on age and ability level, and they will compete with their team at Saturday tournaments. At practices we will focus on learning and training the core skills (serving, passing, setting and hitting) as well as learning rotational strategies. The purpose of this league is to give the players quality instruction, high repetition and to develop a love of the sport. Join us this fall and have fun learning the skills your Gopher volleyball team is utilizing!
