Our Gym
In 2021 we partnered with H4 Sports Academy (formerly Athletic Gaines) in Edina as an opportunity for future growth and development of the #FreezeFamily and each individual player. We have a total of three volleyball courts and an awesome training room and weight room to develop our athletes to their fullest potential.

We also use other facilities in Edina, Chanhassen, Chaska and Victoria for clinics and camps.
Our Courts
Our volleyball courts are exceptional with the highest quality wood floors to absorb impact and protect our athletes. We also have brand new top of the line Porter net systems.
Our Weight Room
Our weight room is fully stocked with professional weights, bars, racks and other equipment to build our athletes strength.
Training Room
We also have a large training facility where our athletes work on speed, agility and quickness training
